PILOTFUSE 500

The PILOTFUSE 500 is an automatic butt welding machine for polyethylene pipes with diameters from 225 to 500 mm. The CNC unit controls and monitors the automatic welding process according to the pre-programmed standard. It also allows for the management of PE type, pipe diameter and thickness, as well as traceability of data such as welding cycles, operator, location, and pipes. This data is available on a USB drive.
